To better serve Knoxville and its people we go to zip codes that any other business would not go to. We are located in Turkey Creek but we will deliver to North Knoxville, Fountain City, Downtown, South Knoxville, East Knoxville, Halls, Lenoir City, Alcoa…and more. We reserve the right to change the zip codes that we provided service to if we need to.
The delivery fee is to cover the expenses of being able to offer our delivery service. The car is a company car and the company pays for the gas and maintenance. For us safety and security is first priority. Each individual driver is personally on our auto insurance policy. Our auto insurance is extremely high. Also, time is money so having an employee out of the store for a long time is also a big expense, and affects our other customers (ETA).
Being that we are a retail package store our business is centered around selling products. We offer delivery service {with no third parties involved} to better serve our customers, increase sales, and set us apart from our competitors.
So, please understand that when making a delivery the business is dependent on the sale of the products. It is the sale of the products that make us able to justify offering our delivery service.
For these reasons our company policy, which you must agree to following, is that there are no refunds for delivery orders. However, you are welcome to come pick up your items from our physical store. We will not repeat a delivery. So, if for any reason, after exhausting all efforts to contact you, you do not answer the door when the driver is there to give you your order the order will not be left it will be brought back to the store and you will not be refunded. However, you are welcome to come pick up your items from our physical store. If the recipient is underage then that is breaking the law and you absolutely will not receive the items or a refund.
Our company also reserves the right to stop delivering to you if for any reason you have made our team members, managers, and/or owner uncomfortable. If we have decided not to deliver to you, but you put an online order in then we will refund the full amount.
